Probate & Administration
The head of the department is our Senior Partner Phillip Thompson who is based in our Darwen office. As an old established firm we have a large probate and administration department dealing with the making of Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney and administering estates following death.
Phillip is assisted by Associate Solicitor Ian Brown at Blackburn, Peter Roberts at Darwen and Stuart Maher at Great Harwood.
