The head of the department is Peter West who is based at our Blackburn office. Peter holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personal Injury Law and is a member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel and of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.  Others undertaking this work include Partner Ebrahim Foolat and Solicitors Claire Holland and Chris Bolton.

The firm has legal aid contracts to carry out this type of work at each of our offices although legal aid is rarely available for this type of work which it is now usually undertaken with the benefit of legal expenses insurance policies held by clients and/or on a conditional fee basis (no win, no fee).
