Residential property lawyer
We are looking to recruit an experienced residential conveyancer on a permanent basis to join our nationally recognised property team.
You will manage your own increasing caseload of matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, new builds and transfer of equity with the support of assistants within the team.
Working in a team environment, you will use your strong relationship building skills as you will be developing new and existing contacts.

We are looking to recruit a Legal Cashier to work within our award winning practice.
This is a new role within the team, following a positive restructure within the practice.
This role will work on a rotational basis, allowing the successful candidate to develop their skills and ensure that the day to day processing of both the office and client funds is accurate and in line with SRA, AML and VAT regulations.
Previous legal cashiering is desirable but not essential for the right candidate.
Knowledge of a Practice Management System is highly desirable
Extensive and up to date knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules
Previous experience of electronic banking systems
Excellent communications skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines
Role to include on a rotation basis:
Processing of Counsel and Expert Fees
Inputting client payments and obtaining appropriate authorisation in advance of deadlines
Banking of all client and office account cheques
Processing outgoing cheques
Processing and reconciling professional disbursements
Payment of professional disbursements in line with Solicitors Accounts Rules
Processing and reviewing the transfer of funds on and off appropriate suspense accounts
Project work to include credit control, cheque reconciliation, SRA and audit related projects
