Civil Litigation
The head of the department is Phillip Thompson who is based at our Darwen office. Phillip has a wealth of experience in all areas of civil litigation including commercial litigation, contract and employment. He is a trained mediator. He is assisted at Darwen and our other offices by a number of members of staff who also undertake this kind of work.
